Medivet Animal Trust is a charity which assists financially disadvantaged pet-owning members of the public by providing funding towards the cost of pet medical insurance.

Our charity purchases pet health insurance policies which are awarded to members of the public who find paying private veterinary fees difficult.
These insurance policies enable the pet owner to approach any private veterinary surgeon in the country for professional care for their pets. The presence of such an insurance policy takes much of the cost decision of a necessary procedure, set of tests, treatment or operation away from an animal owner and gives them the flexibility to decide exactly what is best for the patient as well as giving them the dignity of not having to request charity from veterinary surgeons or other institutions.
